 Spending your time kicking the air, and thinking that it will help you in a real world violent attack, is not only a waste of time, But it is a good way to get your ass kicked or worse...Being on one foot, for even a split second is not the position that you want to be in. It breaks one of the most basic principles of effective, efficient movement and balance. I have heard every dumb ass attempt by people to make kicking seem logical " the leg is stronger than the arm" ...Is your leg stronger than my entire body ? I doubt it. When I punch, I have my entire body involved in that punch. Hands are faster and more coordinated, and I maintain my Balance and Movement. I could go on and on with examples, But why is it necessary ?

When you watch the short video below, and I don't care if this sounds like a generalization or "racist" , it's the truth and that is all that matters...Looks like a Brazilian woman is demonstrating the technique, and most Brazilian women that I have known, Don't need Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training to take care of themselves...and that also goes for Puerto Rican Women, ( and my ex-wife Filipina ), some people just don't need self-defense training. I won't get into the possible connection between Beautiful Women, and the ability to go from zero to 100 in a split second with their temper...

Women's Martial Arts, Women's Self-Defense Training and Metaphysics. This move is pretty complex for the average person to use, and for real world self-defense, "complex" is not a good thing. Generally speaking, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu can be very effective, But for our needs and the needs of the Master's women's self-defense, we are trying to bypass the process of physically fighting or defending. The only true form of non-violent self-defense is The Master's ( Master Solus Dominus ) Form of Self-Defense. For women's self-defense in a life-or-death encounter, a woman should be trained in the use of a firearm, and own a firearm...But that is for you to decide, Just don't let the Government decide for you with their "gun violence"political agenda. Not only is their logic ludicrous, Their "buzz words" are nonsense. Guns are not violent, they are inanimate objects. A gun doesn't decide to wake up in the middle of the night, smoke some crack, decide to rob a store and murder the innocent employee working there...But PEOPLE do it all the time.
