1) An investment of at least $240K to develop the 50 acres of property in a small rural town in West Texas. We already own the property, But it needs to be developed so that it will be ready for co-op members to reside on this property.
2) Budget to go to the next level for operating a co-op community in Apache Junction, Arizona. There will be additional details on this subject, Later on this list. It will be very easy to grow the co-op to 40-50 members, Using the roommate dynamic. It will be a communal living environment in Arizona, But it would very cost-effective to purchase additional (used ) mobile homes within the same gated community, Where Master has currently resided for the last 9 years. Total budget that is required is $100K-$200K Depending on the financial-level of the investors / donations.
3) Hire and/or Volunteer for a person to clean and organize the Master's residence, Which ranges from doing dishes, laundry, shopping for groceries, vacuum, possibly helping in the capacity of Admin Assistant. Roommate status ranges from $90 / week to $650 / month.

8) Hire and/or Volunteer as a personal assistant "P.A.", who would possibly be interested in gradually training to be the Executive Assistant to The Master, Solus Dominus.
9) Back to #2...The cost of each used mobile home within the park where Master resides, will be between $5K-$15K , Any purchase within the park must be a Cash offer for the full amount, no payments. This investment will be self-sufficient in the short-term, Because the co-op will be run as a roommate dynamic. Also, All units are sold fully-furnished. This is the logical of co-op growth ( unless the investor has the funds to skip several steps in this member growth process.
A) Current residence of The Master maxed out on occupants / roommates.
B) Purchasing multiple mobile homes within the same MH park. Total occupants / members / roommates within this same park with be approximately 40-50...
C) The MH park is actually a very good option because it has plenty of "perks"; Great swimming pool and showers, fitness room, walking and bicycle track within the gated community ( which is obviously much safer ), Plenty of places for healthy BBQ's, Incredible weather all winter long, which is why our city more than doubles in population during the 5-6 winter months ( because of snowbirds from all over the U.S., and Canada )

The 2nd principle is that The Master, Solus Dominus, Makes No Pretense of Piety ( Not acting, pretending, or promoting a false appearance of being "religious" or "spiritual"...Later you will truly learn how the nudity of members is strongly tied to the Manifestation of Truth that there is NO hypocrisy in The Master, Solus Dominus. "Acting" like you have no desire for females is a pretense of piety. Solus Dominus, is a CONTRARIAN Spiritual Enlightenment Master...If you are attracted to the "cookie cutter" so-called guru, spiritual and/or yoga master, or shaman, very possibly from India, and wearing orange pajamas, a beaded necklace, and eyes closed, sitting in the lotus position, "meditating" or looking towards Heaven.
