I saw an ad the other day about oatmeal having 12 grams of protein. It matters what your definition of "protein" is. Sorry, But oatmeal, cashew milk, anything soy, pea protein. Bottom line is that anything labeled "plant-based protein" does not rebuild your body and it does not build muscle.

Complete proteins are important because they contain all the essential amino acids the body needs to function: Plant-Based Protein is NOT complete protein. One thing that is not on the list below, is the fact that a low-quality protein diet ( plant-based ) affects your critical thinking...which is of special interest to groups that want to manipulate, control and / or brainwash their "members" ; prisons, governments, cults.
